According to my church’s doctrine, there are two kinds of divinity: God and the Devil (Satan). God helps people and above all gives life, but Satan harms people’s lives. A very long time ago, before this universe and all things were created, God and the Devil fought each other in a near-endless battle, and God was dominating Satan. However, the Devil managed to gain the upper hand and defeat God. At the moment when the Devil won, God changed into human form, and the Devil became the dominating soul of both humans’ body and mind. So humans had lost paradise where there were eternal happiness and immortality.
